Media Recreation Board has arranged 15 tickets for a soccer game at the new PPL soccer stadium, which recently opened on the Riverfront in Chester. The game is set for 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 25 and will feature the Philadelphia Union against the Chivas of California. PPL Park is at One Stadium steer, Chester (close the Commodore Barry Bridge).
