Music and Art Yiddish Style in Basking Ridge
The first-ever Jewish Music and Art Festival was greeted with an enthusiastic crowd at the Chabad Jewish middle on Valley Road in Basking Ridge on Sunday, Aug. 15. Despite the intermittent rain, more than 600 people came from many surrounding areas to like the festivities.

Music School Hosts Annual Piano Sale
The Ursuline Academy of Music in Canfield wants to spread the gift of music through the Valley. The Academy is holding its annual piano sale this week to benefit its program. Each year the Ursuline middle receives an annual loan of new pianos for its rehearsals, classes and performances at no charge. The used pianos are then offered for sale at a lower cost.
